Some Restrictions Apply:
Airline travel is restricted to those living more than 250 miles from Tennessee and includes up to two round trip economy class tickets on the carrier of our choice. Arrival will be in Chattanooga or Nashville, Tennessee. Rental car willl be available, with a driver, at the airport. Upon arrival in McMinnville, the rental car will be completely at your disposal. Visitors qualifying who live 250 miles or nearer will receive a voucher for travel expenses, via automobile, to our development. A double occupancy room will be provided for you. You may visit the development as frequently as you wish during your stay, but will not be required to attend any sales meetings. One meal will be arranged for you to meet the owners of the development. We want you to enjoy your trip, and we promise to not employ any pressure for you to make a purchase, however, you will have an opportunity to place a deposit on the lot of your choice. A limited number of trips are available and we reserve the right to suspend this promotion without notice.
